Most calls start with something you've seen: roaches in the kitchen, mounds in the yard, droppings in the garage. Pick the service that matches, or start with general pest control if you're not sure what you're dealing with. Wood-destroying insects get their own visit through termite control, which covers inspections, liquid treatments, bait systems and WDI reports for home sales. Outdoors, mosquito control, fire ant control and flea and tick control target the yard, where much of Magnolia's summer pest pressure starts.
Inside the home, rodent control pairs trapping with sealing entry points, cockroach control handles both German roaches and the larger American roaches, and bed bug treatment comes in conventional and heat options. For pests that sting or bite, there's scorpion control, spider control for brown recluse and black widow spiders, and wasp and bee removal. Restaurants, offices, retail shops and warehouses can set up monthly service through commercial pest control.

Book general pest control. The technician identifies the pest during the inspection and recommends the right treatment before anything is applied. A photo or a sample in a sealed bag helps a lot. If it turns out to be termites or bed bugs, you'll get a separate price for that work.
No. A quarterly general pest plan typically covers common crawling insects and spiders around the home, but termites need their own inspection and treatment. Termite options include a liquid treatment, typically $1,200–$3,000, or a bait system at $1,200–$2,500 plus yearly monitoring of $300–$500.
Often, yes. Both are yard treatments, so a technician can usually handle them together in spring and summer, when both pests peak in Magnolia. You'll see each price separately: mosquito visits typically run $65–$110 a month in season, and a fire ant yard treatment is typically $120–$300.
Yes. Commercial pest control covers restaurants, offices, retail shops, warehouses and other businesses, typically $75–$250 a month depending on size and pest pressure. Visits can often be scheduled around your hours, and each written report gives you a record to show a health inspector or property manager.
